About Us

The Association of Jewish Students Zurich (VJSZ) has existed in its current form since 2015 – however, its roots go back further.

We are a dedicated team of six Jewish students and young professionals, all living in Zurich and actively involved in shaping Jewish life. We organize a wide range of events for young Jews in Zurich – from celebrations of Jewish holidays like Purim and Passover to shiurim (Jewish studies) and discussion groups, as well as casual get-togethers and spontaneous evenings in good company. The VJSZ (Association of Jewish Students in Zurich) is a place for exchange, community, and Jewish identity – open, vibrant, and integrated into everyday life.
